How Coaching Works

Processing modalities are the keys to understanding how we learn and process
information. The major modalities are: Verbal, Kinesthetic, Cerebral, Tactile,
Auditory and Visual. Which modality do you use to sustain focus? Which one do
you use to comprehend what you are paying attention to?
Are your retrieval patterns of key information challenged in the LONG-TERM,
SHORT-TERM working memory? How do these retrieval challenges get in the way of
progress, and what SYSTEMS can be created, to improve your ability to access
attentional challenges you are experiencing at work, home, socially, etc.
To help you to recognize when focusing is a challenge for you, we design systems
specific to your needs. Do you have difficulty focusing on a teacher, speaker,
friend, supervisor, written material, TV show? Do you have difficulty shifting
attention from one task to another? Do you HYPERFOCUS on a desirable task and
then miss important appointments because you couldn't shift out of the
endeavors you are PASSIONATE about.

right now? What are your VALUES? Have you identified the KEY NEEDS in your life?
Needs will drive you in a divergent direction if you don't identify them and
