Organizations Can
Benefit with ADD!™
In today's rapidly changing business climate, harnessing the potential of people with ADD can benefit any group.
The ADD Coaching Group will show your organization how to recognize this huge potential resource.
4-5% of the adult population in the United States has ADD. Within any organization, school or institution, you will find adults with ADD who live with a “don’t ask, don’t tell” mentality out of fear of being stigmatized. Ironically, this group can be your best asset. Companies and organizations
can be taught to identify employees with ADD and utilize them to effectively Benefit with ADD.
ADD persons have special abilities which, properly tapped, guided and coached, can be a well-spring of creativity and company growth.
Organizations, who understand how best to access these abilities, will benefit enormously.
We believe that there are four steps to success. YOU must be properly diagnosed by a doctor educated to recognize YOUR challenges, and prescribed medication when necessary. Exercise has proven to be very effective for YOU and I as it stimulates the prefrontal cortex, the area of the brain affected. Lastly, by working with an expertly trained ADD coach, YOU’LL learn to take advantage of your “gifts”.
It has been proven that “the pill does not give you the skill” alone. This has been the “failure and frustration” of continuing a prescribed course of medication. One assumes that the medication will “cure” the issue. To admit that there is no cure does not mean there is anything wrong.
Is it wrong to use a belt to hold your pants up or glasses to see well? Of course not! An ADD coach assists with suggestions for improving your OWN game.
Testimonial: “Through coaching, Frank has brought dignity into my life. We spent the first couple of hours getting to know about each other and Frank (in a non-threatening way) would ask me questions about myself and how I would handle the challenges in life. I found out that I was a creative human being but had challenges with focusing and organization. Frank and I found out that one of my strongest points was my ability and joy in getting the right person on the phone that was needed for sales in my business. He also helped me to focus on my other interest: film. It was shortly after this that I found a niche in life that for the first time I fully embraced. Though we have never met and we work solely over the phone, Frank became much like the father/friend that I never found. All I can say is thank you Frank for a second chance around the block.” Dirk C.
