Sessions Do the Following:


  • We identify your strengths and support you to make them even stronger.
    Your strengths are what make you a unique and creative human being. Your strengths provide the momentum necessary to catalyze you towards immediate success and progress.

  • We spend very little time on your weaknesses, which we refer to as CHALLENGES. We work to make your STRENGTHS stronger and assist you in managing your weaknesses. We don't let what you can't do get in the way of what you can.

  • We always attempt to use positive language. We know that the only things we have control of in our lives are our thoughts. Everything begins with a thought. Thoughts have a powerful PHYSIOLOGICAL and PSYCHOLOGICAL impact on our ACTIONS. Thoughts carry neurological weight. Pessimistic thoughts create passivity and procrastination. Positive thoughts create pro-action, progress and productivity.

  • We identify your key learning and processing modalities. Processing modalities are the keys to understanding how we learn and process information. The major modalities are: Verbal, Kinesthetic, Cerebral, Tactile, Auditory and Visual. Which modality do you use to sustain focus, and which one do you use to comprehend that which you are paying attention to?

  • We identify your memory challenges.  Are your retrieval patterns of key information challenging in the LONG-TERM, SHORT-TERM or WORKING memory? How do these retrieval challenges get in the way of progress and what SYSTEMS can be created, to improve your ability to access information?

  • We identify attentional Challenges you experience at work, home, socially, etc.? Do you have difficulty focusing on a teacher, speaker, friend, supervisor, TV show, etc.? Do you have difficulty shifting attention from one task to another? Do you HYPERFOCUS on a desirable task and then miss important appointments because you couldn't shift out of the attentional trance?

  • We identify endeavors you are PASSIONATE about. What would you love to be doing right now? What are your VALUES? Have you identified the KEY NEEDS in your life? Needs will drive you in a divergent direction if you don't identify them and have them met. Do you have BOUNDARIES around your needs? What are your STANDARDS of EXCELLENCE?

  • We CREATE with YOU a PROACTIVE PLAN with Specific, Measurable, Attainable and Realistic, Goals. Your Goals should be achieved on a daily or weekly basis--or whatever you are ready to hold yourself ACCOUNTABLE for ACHIEVING. Failing to plan is planning to fail.
